BTG as tied by Michael Kyle

Recipe: Hook: TMC 300, size 4-6 Cone: Tungsten Thread: Danville, 6/0 color to match body Wing: Rabbit Body: Dubbing, special blend, pink girl
Step 1.
Slide on the color cone you desire.
Step 2.
Add some wraps of wire and snug it up against the cone.
Step 3.
Repeat the same step you do with the DW.
Step 4.
You’ll also repeat the dubbing loop like you do on most of all my flies you see here on the site. Wrap it up, but leave a little room behind the cone.
Step 6.
Fold over the rabbit hide and tie it down. Trim the excess off.
Step 7.
Tie in a pink grizzly hackle. Make sure it’s webby hackle.
Step 8.
Wrap it all the way until you don’t have any hackle to wrap. Cut the excess and whip finish the fly. Glue up inside of the cone.
